Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management preferred
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance
  • ability to pass a background check
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer proficiency
  • physical ability to perform restaurant operational tasks
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge and/or passion for the restaurant business
  • basic computer skills including email and typing
  • knowledge of labor cost reporting and operating statements
  • strong integrity and ability to pass background checks
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • experience in managing a team
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
  • valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance
  • eligibility to work in the United States
