Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • proven ability to lead teams of 25 or more
  • hands-on managerial approach
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • flexible to work shifts between 8a-8p or 11a-11p

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of 25 employees and 3 managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling and inventory management
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • conduct staff training and development
  • handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
