Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proof of eligibility to work in the united states
- valid driver’s license
- possession or ability to obtain state-required work cards
- willingness to learn and be receptive to training
- previous management experience a plus
- servsafe certified a plus
- experience growing kpis and basic knowledge of p&l and cost management
- desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- oversee daily restaurant functions including scheduling, inventory, and compliance
- implement company policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- analyze key performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement
- ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- foster a positive and productive team environment
