Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proof of eligibility to work in the united states
  • valid driver’s license
  • possession or ability to obtain state-required work cards
  • willingness to learn and be receptive to training
  • previous management experience a plus
  • servsafe certified a plus
  • experience growing kpis and basic knowledge of p&l and cost management
  • desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor

Job Qualifications

  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • servsafe certification is a plus
  • strong organizational skills

  • experience in hospitality or food service industry

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • oversee daily restaurant functions including scheduling, inventory, and compliance
  • implement company policies and procedures to maintain high standards
  • analyze key performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement
  • ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • foster a positive and productive team environment
