Job Duties

  • lead and inspire exceptional hospitality
  • perform a wide variety of tasks while enforcing all company policies and procedures
  • ensure seamless operations and great experiences from team to food to guests
  • work with urgency and purpose every minute of every shift
  • follow essential operational policies and procedures ensuring compliance with health and employment laws
  • handle guest complaints and ensure all guests have an awesome guest experience
  • take on front of house and back of house responsibilities including proper food handling, recipe execution, food preparation, and cleanliness
