  • Previous restaurant experience desirable
  • At least 18 years of age
  • ServSafe certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements

  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers assuring availability
  • Train and coach employees in courtesy and complaint handling
  • Conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations
  • Develop and maintain acceptable sales levels using local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
  • Analyze profits and losses and take corrective action
  • Follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
  • Control restaurant inventory through an established system
  • Use company approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
  • Manage restaurant cash control including daily bank deposits
  • Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management timely
  • Maintain safe work environment and achieve high health department rating
  • Ensure professional restaurant and team image per company standards
  • Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
  • Process payroll accordingly
  • Maintain applicant tracking and personnel files according to laws
  • Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
  • Utilize preventive maintenance system for building and equipment repairs
  • Attend scheduled meetings with District Manager
  • Perform all required administrative paperwork.
