- high school diploma/ged
- minimum 5 years of experience as full service restaurant general manager in a fast-paced environment
- legal age of 21 or older
- completed food safety and sanitation training
- valid servsafe alcohol certification before employment
- ability to manage people and operations
- proficient in microsoft word and excel
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- willingness to work flexible hours
- adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service protocols
Job Qualifications
