Job Requirements

  • high school diploma/ged
  • minimum 5 years of experience as full service restaurant general manager in a fast-paced environment
  • legal age of 21 or older
  • completed food safety and sanitation training
  • valid servsafe alcohol certification before employment
  • ability to manage people and operations
  • proficient in microsoft word and excel
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle confidential information
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma/ged
  • 5+ years full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • basic knowledge in microsoft word and excel
  • general knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry

  • strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
