Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • physical capability to lift weights of 30 to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands and wrists
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including peak dining times

Job Duties

  • oversee food preparation and kitchen operations

  • total cash and charge receipts daily

  • ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • monitor staff and guest adherence to safety and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
