Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- physical capability to lift weights of 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands and wrists
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including peak dining times

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and kitchen operations
- monitor dining room service quality
- estimate food and beverage requirements and place orders
- total cash and charge receipts daily
- check food quality and serving sizes
- resolve customer complaints related to food and service
- ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- monitor staff and guest adherence to safety and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
