Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years previous general manager experience (external candidates)
  • 1+ years assistant general manager experience at Fazoli’s (internal candidates)
  • open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s locations as business needs arise
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 3+ years previous general manager experience for external candidates
  • 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s assistant general manager for internal candidates
  • experience in casual dining or fast-casual preferred
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent business acumen
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • flexibility to work all shifts and transfer between locations as needed

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high performance team of associates
  • lead by example and uphold company values of dignity and respect
  • ensure flawless execution of Fazoli’s policies, systems, and processes
  • manage restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance
  • foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • strive for continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence
  • manage business performance and achieve financial goals
