Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum age 18 years or older
  • 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
  • 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum age 18 years or older
  • 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
  • Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
  • 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist other Fazoli’s locations as business needs arise

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of associates
  • Lead by example and treat all team members with dignity and respect
  • Execute the Fazoli's concept flawlessly through adherence to policies, systems and processes
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and support
  • Strive for continuous improvement and pursue operational excellence
  • Ensure flexibility in scheduling and operational needs including transferring or assisting at other Fazoli’s locations as required
