Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum age 18 years or older
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed

- Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates

- Flexibility to transfer or assist other Fazoli’s locations as business needs arise
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example and treat all team members with dignity and respect
- Execute the Fazoli's concept flawlessly through adherence to policies, systems and processes
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and support
- Strive for continuous improvement and pursue operational excellence
- Ensure flexibility in scheduling and operational needs including transferring or assisting at other Fazoli’s locations as required
