Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Full-service dining experience with bar management required
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, yearly tasks
  • Strong communication skills with all organizational levels
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
  • Experience in full-service dining with bar management
  • Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Effective organizational skills to prioritize multiple activities
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred
