Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong preference for internal promote from Assistant General Manager position
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • basic business math and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
  • able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • prior Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and motivate a team
  • basic business math and analytical skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure outstanding customer service
  • oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with company policies
  • recruit, hire, and train new employees
  • develop and implement staff training plans
  • schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • resolve customer complaints and performance issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
