Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong preference for internal promote from Assistant General Manager position
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check criteria
- must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- basic business math and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
- able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- prior Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop and motivate a team
- basic business math and analytical skills
- proficiency with basic computer applications
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure outstanding customer service
- oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with company policies
- recruit, hire, and train new employees
- develop and implement staff training plans
