Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
- Culinary background is desirable
- Full-service dining with bar management required
- Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
- Proven track record of resolving difficult situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
