Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years experience as a general manager in a full service restaurant
- must be at least 21 years old
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification required prior to employment
- completion of food safety and sanitation training
- ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to undergo all job related training and certifications
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- 5+ years full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex fast paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- general knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry

- strong operational skills in customer service and hospitality environment
- strong coaching skills
- intermediate mathematical computation skills
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
