Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1+ years experience as Fazoli's Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant operating hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise
Job Qualifications

- Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli's Assistant General Manager for internal candidates

Job Duties
- Recruit select hire train develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example treating all people with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli's policies systems and processes to uphold brand excellence
- Oversee all areas of restaurant operations including guest service sales marketing human resources supply chain administration and maintenance
