Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Completion of all legally required certifications prior to employment
- At least 5 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Capable of managing changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience as a full-service restaurant general manager
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Lead team development and coaching
- Manage performance and employee retention
- Oversee hiring and training processes
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service
- Manage financials including inventory and P&L
- Maintain facility standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate local marketing and vendor relationships
