Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • capability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts
  • knowledge of safety standards and liquor laws
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform physical motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

  • Proven experience in restaurant management

  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships
  • excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and dining room service
  • estimate food and beverage usage and place supplier orders
  • total cash and charge receipts daily
  • supervise food preparation and check quality and serving sizes
  • resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
  • ensure kitchen and dining areas meet cleanliness standards
  • monitor staff and guest behavior to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, and train new team members
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
  • stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift 30 to 50 pounds
