Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma
- Minimum two years of relevant restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Valid current Health Card as per state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Records
- Ability to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing financial performance and operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform every job within the restaurant as needed
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training and development and provide timely performance feedback
