Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • ability to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • strong communication skills in English
  • ability to maintain current health card per local requirements
  • passed SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, cleanliness, and food excellence
  • uphold high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build and develop an effective team through training and meaningful feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
