Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with leadership
- ability to read, speak and write English
- current health card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record
- pass ServSafe certification
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

- identifying and developing high potential team members into leaders
- achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
- maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- performing and understanding every job role in the restaurant
- being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision making
- engaging in clear communication with leadership and staff
- building an effective team through training and timely performance feedback
