Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Maintain valid health card per local/state requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check and motor vehicle report
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Open availability is required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and development
  • Provide clear and consistent direction while recognizing contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure maximum profitability
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Maintain clear communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Uphold company culture and values while acting as a liaison to leadership
