Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • familiarity with POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen acumen preferred

Job Duties
