Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Serv Safe certification
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Open availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Able to pass background check and drug test
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be Serv Safe certified
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and understand different viewpoints

- Understanding of profit and loss analysis
- Knowledge of cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations

Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees in customer courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct team and management meetings for planning and training
- Develop and maintain sales using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory
- Use approved labor guidelines
- Develop and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor according to sales volume changes
- Manage restaurant cash control and bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents timely
- Maintain safe work environment
- Achieve high health department rating
- Maintain professional restaurant and team appearance
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files as per laws
- Utilize preventive maintenance for building and equipment
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Perform administrative paperwork
