Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- current health card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including MVR
- pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- availability for 50-hour work week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
