Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including MVR
  • pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • availability for 50-hour work week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • current Health Card compliance
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification

  • Identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieving and maintaining world-class operations with well-developed crew and staff
  • ensuring excellent food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • having comprehensive knowledge and ability to perform all restaurant jobs
