Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including MVR
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and financial results
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew development, customer service, food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as ultimate decision-maker
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent strong financial results
