Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or quick-service industry preferred
- availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to adhere to franchisee policies and brand standards
