Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Valid health card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of the restaurant staff
  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food safety, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Facilitate effective communication between restaurant staff and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results and operational standards
