Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by local or state regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Successful criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Valid health card as per state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
- Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of the restaurant staff
- Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food safety, store cleanliness, and customer service
- Facilitate effective communication between restaurant staff and leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial results and operational standards
