Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain a current health card
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour workweek
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing restaurant operations and financial aspects

Job Duties

  • Build and develop teams by training and developing skills
  • Provide clear and consistent direction

  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management
  • Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food
