Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must maintain current health card as per local or state regulations
- reliable transportation required
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- must pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- able to work approximately 50 hours per week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to perform all restaurant job functions
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- recruit and train new team members
- manage restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
- ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- oversee P&L and drive financial results
- maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
- uphold company culture and values
