Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant manager experience
  • manager ServSafe certification preferred
  • passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
  • ability to collaborate with Regional Management on scheduled agendas
  • commitment to health and safety standards
  • familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems
  • ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, mixing, and lifting
  • capability to lift and balance weight up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous restaurant manager experience
  • Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
  • passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
  • ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas
  • dedication to health and safety standards
  • familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems is a plus

  • boosting sales and building relationships with Catering and Marketing departments
  • dedication to health and safety standards
