Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant manager experience
manager ServSafe certification preferred
passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
ability to collaborate with Regional Management on scheduled agendas
commitment to health and safety standards
familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems
ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, mixing, and lifting
capability to lift and balance weight up to 50 pounds occasionally
excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of previous restaurant manager experience
Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas
dedication to health and safety standards
familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems is a plus

reading and impacting monthly P&L
boosting sales and building relationships with Catering and Marketing departments
dedication to health and safety standards
