Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Three to five years of restaurant experience
Two or more years of management or equivalent level experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings until 9 pm
Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
Effective communication, supervisory, and team-building skills
General business knowledge including sales forecasting, staffing, and managing financials
Highly motivated and results-driven

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Restaurant experience (3-5 years)
Management or equivalent level position experience (preferred 2+ years)
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights (until 9pm) to provide coverage when store employees are unavailable

Job Duties

Manage daily operations of the store independently
Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork
Interview, hire, train, and motivate store employees
Manage inventory, control costs
Manage budgets, P&L, and payroll
Create a positive work environment that fosters a welcoming guest experience
Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all employees know and follow company policies and procedures
