Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card as required by state or local law
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Ability to manage profit and loss
  • Experience maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including well-developed crew, excellent food quality, and strong financials
  • Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Performing every job function in the restaurant to understand operations
  • Being accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and making decisions
  • Communicating clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Building an effective team through training, development, and feedback
