Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid health card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with P&L management and operational standards
  • Capability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment and training
  • Oversee full restaurant operations ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
  • Manage profit and loss statements to maintain strong financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Recognize and appreciate team contributions to foster a positive work environment
  • Deliver timely performance feedback and support employee development
