Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid health card as per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with P&L management and operational standards
- Capability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment and training
- Oversee full restaurant operations ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
- Manage profit and loss statements to maintain strong financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Recognize and appreciate team contributions to foster a positive work environment
- Deliver timely performance feedback and support employee development
