Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with lead experience
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current health card as required by state or local regulations
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team of top performers
- recruit and train restaurant staff
- oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- manage profit and loss (P&L) and maintain strong financial results
- enforce food safety and store cleanliness standards
- facilitate communication between restaurant staff and leadership
- uphold company culture and core values
