Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with lead experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team of top performers
  • recruit and train restaurant staff
  • oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • manage profit and loss (P&L) and maintain strong financial results
  • enforce food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • facilitate communication between restaurant staff and leadership
  • uphold company culture and core values
