Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or team leader experience preferred
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills for P&L management
- Must be able to comply with franchisee policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in food service or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Understanding of P&L management
