Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing profit and loss and restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers by training and providing clear direction
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Recognize and appreciate individual and team contributions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
