Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing profit and loss and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers by training and providing clear direction
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Recognize and appreciate individual and team contributions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
