Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant general manager role
Experience in an upscale dining concept
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to engage customers directly
Flexible availability to meet business needs

Job Duties

Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision
Drive scheduling, hiring, onboarding
Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
Serve as P&L owner and guest satisfaction champion
