- Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
- proficiency in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
- culinary background preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant general manager with bar experience
- culinary background desirable
- proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
- ability to interact at all levels including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
- proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
- high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
