Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Understanding of financial and labor analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and multiple demands
- Open availability to work various shifts
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing
Job Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence and present information clearly
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Strong problem-solving and sound judgment abilities
- Flexibility to handle multiple demands and work various shifts
- Leadership skills including developing others and gaining commitment
- Knowledge of order processing systems and basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Effectively train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conduct meetings with team members and management team to plan, train, and review operations
- Develop and maintain acceptable sales levels using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and cost categories to minimize expenses
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective actions
- Follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory through established systems
- Use company approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Manage restaurant cash control including daily bank deposits
- Ensure timely reporting of accidents and incidents
- Maintain safe work environment and achieve highest health department rating
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, uniform compliance, and adherence to brand image standards
- Keep District Manager informed about hiring, promotions, and employee status
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with laws
- Utilize preventive maintenance system for repairs
- Attend meetings for planning and training
- Perform all administrative paperwork as required
