Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
- Three years of supervisory or leadership experience
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule consisting of mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals
- Manage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expenses
- Own scheduling, expense tracking and labor management
- Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
- Hire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotions
- Verify product quality, safety and sanitation standards are met
- Ability to understand and learn from financial reports
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
