Job Duties
- Overseeing daily operations including managing staff schedules inventory and customer service
- Ensuring smooth communication between the front and back of the house
- Leading the team by recruiting hiring training and mentoring staff fostering a positive work environment and conducting performance reviews
- Delivering exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests addressing concerns and fostering loyalty
- Managing budgets controlling costs and analyzing sales data for financial management
- Collaborating with chefs to create a profitable menu that aligns with the farm-to-table philosophy
- Promoting the restaurant attracting new customers and engaging with the local community
