Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
- Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
- Food safety certification as required by local or state law
- Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance
- For certain positions acceptable driving record maintained
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze reports and inventory accurately
Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- Implement and utilize company employee orientation program
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and constructive discipline
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints effectively
- Manage financial controllables including labor food and cash management
- Maintain compliance with health safety security and sanitation standards
- Execute marketing programs and adjust shift schedules based on traffic patterns
