Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
- acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
- strong personal effectiveness with ability to operate under minimal supervision
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- team player with optimistic leadership approach
- effective management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- analytical skills to read and analyze reports and manage inventory
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures
- recruit, train, and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- ensure positive and motivating work environment
- conduct timely performance reviews and document employee performance
- maintain effective communication channels and problem resolution
- escalate performance issues and employment decisions when necessary
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and resolve guest complaints
- manage restaurant financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, cash management, and audits
- maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes and food safety standards
- implement proper opening, closing, and security procedures
- execute marketing programs and plan shifts based on business traffic
- build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant team, management, vendors, and customers
