Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • Food safety certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if the role includes driving responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and personal effectiveness skills
  • Ability to maintain positive employee relations
  • Competent in handling guest service standards and complaint resolution
  • Compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification as required by state or local authorities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring driving
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory accurately
  • Experience in employee training, discipline and performance management
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
  • Implement company-defined employee orientation programs
  • Facilitate employee development and training plans
  • Ensure a positive and motivating work environment
  • Conduct timely and effective performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing feedback and use constructive discipline
  • Manage guest satisfaction to meet company standards
  • Handle guest complaints using BLAST methodology
  • Manage restaurant financial controls including labor and food costs
  • Conduct audits and cash management
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Follow proper opening, closing, safety and security procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • Comply with all company policies and complete necessary paperwork
  • Implement and execute marketing programs
  • Monitor employee turnover
  • Communicate operational variances and employee issues to district manager
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and customers
