Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple shifts independently
  • Food safety certification required
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to handle employee relations and performance management
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent operations management adhering to all company standards
  • Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
  • Conduct timely and effective performance reviews and employee discipline
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints using BLAST
  • Manage all financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, cash management, and audits
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Implement and execute marketing programs and plan shifts according to business traffic patterns
