Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple shifts independently
- Food safety certification required
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to handle employee relations and performance management
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management adhering to all company standards
- Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- Conduct timely and effective performance reviews and employee discipline
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints using BLAST
- Manage all financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, cash management, and audits
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Implement and execute marketing programs and plan shifts according to business traffic patterns
