Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • ability to manage all shifts without supervision
  • food safety certification as required
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage budgets
  • experience in employee development and performance management

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
  • ensure positive and motivating work environment
  • conduct timely and effective performance reviews
  • provide ongoing feedback and use constructive discipline
  • ensure effective communication channels and problem resolution
  • lead the restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • respond to guest complaints using company protocols
  • manage all restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies audits and cash management
  • maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation codes
  • ensure proper opening closing and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • execute all company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • plan shifts based on business patterns
  • establish and maintain vendor relationships
  • represent the company positively
