Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • acceptable driving record for district manager and assistant store leader positions requiring significant business driving

Job Qualifications

  • three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance if position requires driving

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
  • ensure a positive and motivating work environment
  • conduct timely and effective performance reviews
  • provide ongoing feedback and constructive discipline
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
  • develop a strong management team
  • lead restaurant team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • respond and follow up on guest complaints
  • manage financial controls including labor overtime food and supplies
  • conduct audits cash management and bank deposits
  • develop and maintain operational standards and compliance
  • ensure cleanliness and safety procedures
  • monitor deletions and overrides for compliance
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork in a timely manner
  • implement marketing programs to generate business and plan shifts accordingly
