Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of standing for long periods
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to get to work
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
  • Work in a fast and independent manner
  • Cross-train and work multiple stations
  • Follow proper recipes and procedures consistently
  • Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
  • Take initiative and pitch in to help others
  • Arrive on time and accurately report time
  • Complete hot food prep assignments following recipes and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders timely
  • Follow station and cleaning checklists thoroughly
  • Maintain a positive attitude with teammates and guests
