Job Duties
- Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
- Work in a fast and independent manner
- Cross-train and work multiple stations
- Follow proper recipes and procedures consistently
- Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
- Take initiative and pitch in to help others
- Arrive on time and accurately report time
- Complete hot food prep assignments following recipes and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders timely
- Follow station and cleaning checklists thoroughly
- Maintain a positive attitude with teammates and guests
