Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Must have reliable transportation for timely arrival
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

- Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
- Work in a fast and independent manner
- Cross-train and work multiple stations
- Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
- Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
- Take initiative and pitch in to help others
- Arrive on time and practice accurate time reporting
- Complete hot food prep assignments accurately and neatly
- Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders timely
- Follow station and cleaning checklists consistently
- Provide positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
