Job Requirements

  • 1 year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep
  • Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner
  • Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer
  • The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team member
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Serve Safe certification within 30 days of start date
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of menu planning and dietary requirements is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in the preparation of meals for the kitchen and dietary department
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Assist with catering events as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
