Job Requirements
- One year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep
- Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner
- Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer
- The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team member
- Must have or be willing to obtain your serve safe with 30 days of start date
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have restaurant front end experience making food plates and assisting customers with questions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and dietary requirements is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals for the kitchen and dietary department
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed
